2. Join Our Discord
Click the Discord link above to join our server. New to Discord? Create your account first, then use the link again to access the Bribery community.
3. Verify Your Account
We require verification to protect against bots and maintain server security. Click the verification emoji when prompted - this ensures only legitimate users can access channels and creates a safer environment for everyone.
4. Disable Direct Messages (Recommended)
To maximize your security and avoid scam attempts:
Right-click the Bribery server icon
Navigate to "Privacy Settings"
Turn off "Allow direct messages from server members"
This prevents unsolicited contact from potential scammers
5. Create a Support Ticket
Navigate to the #tickets channel at the top of the channel list. Follow the prompts to generate your private support channel. Only you and Bribery staff members can access your ticket.
6. Access Your Private Ticket
After creating your ticket, a new channel will appear in the left sidebar. Click on this channel to begin communicating directly with our support team in your private space.
7. Provide Detailed Information
In your ticket, include comprehensive details about your issue:
Clear description of the problem
Relevant wallet addresses or transaction IDs
Screenshots when applicable
Steps you've already tried
The more thorough your explanation, the faster our team can resolve your issue.
Response Times & Expectations
Typical response: 24-48 hours
Weekend/holiday responses: May take longer
Complex issues: May require additional time for proper resolution
All tickets receive personal review from our support staff
Security Reminders
Never share private keys, seed phrases, or passwords
Official support never initiates direct messages
Verify all URLs before clicking - scammers use similar domains
Report suspicious behavior in your ticket or general channels
